There are many advantages to becoming an Independent Team Beachbody Coach, but I originally signed up for the Beachbody Coaching program exclusively just to get the 25% discount on all Beachbody products (which included supplements) that all Coaches are entitled to. I was buying well over $100 worth of supplements and the coaching program costs just $15 per month. It was a no brainer for me to join as it only cost me $15 to be a coach, but I was getting a lot more than $15 back in the form of the 25% discount on all the supplements I was purchasing every month.
If you are spending more than $100 on Beachbody supplements, I highly encourage you to look into becoming an Independent Beachbody Coach to get the 25% discount as the coaching program will more than pay for itself.
For example, if you are spending $100 per month on supplements, if you sign up for the coaching program, you would get $25 off that order. The coaching program only costs $15 per month…you just saved $10 ($25 – $15).
The 25% discount is just one benefit of being an Independent Beachbody Coach though. After using P90X and Insanity and seeing fantastic results with both, I quickly found out how many of my friends noticed the changes in my physique as well. There I was much stronger and leaner than I was the last time my friends saw me, and naturally they said something like….”What the heck have you been doing???”
The coaching program is such an amazing opportunity for you as once you commit to getting yourself into fantastic shape, it is literally just a matter of time before your friends start asking you what you are doing. Then, as an Independent Beachbody Coach, you can just plug them right into the system. I told them…”I started using P90X and followed the nutrition plan, and gained 11 lbs of muscle and lost 15 lbs of fat in 90 days.” You, in turn, would just tell them whatever happened for you.
You can just start showing people exactly what you did to get in shape. This is exactly what I started doing. My friends knew this worked as they could see with their own eyes what it was doing for me. It’s sort of funny, but I started thinking of myself as a walking billboard. I knew the more I could get in the best shape of my life, the more people would continue to come up to me and ask me what I was doing. Then, again, I would just plug them right into the system….”I did this, this, and this” and then just answered any questions they had.

I was NOT having P90X parties at my house to try and sell them into these programs.
I did nothing like that at all. These people were coming up to me, and asking me what I was doing. This is a very simple business if you commit to getting yourself into shape first. If you can do that, people will more than likely come up to you WITHOUT you having to do anything. You can definitely run this business by contacting your friends directly, and you don’t have to be in great shape, BUT it will be a lot easier if they notice your results and ask you what you are doing first.
I would bet every single one of your friends would be interested in getting healthier. These programs flat out work, and many of your friends have probably already heard of them. Being an Independent Beachbody coach is great as the company already spends over 100 million dollars per year on advertising. Beachbody is already spreading the word about all of their products for you. Most of my friends had already heard about P90X and Insanity so I didn’t really have to sell them on anything. All I really did was answer their questions as they were already interested in the programs.
I never have to sell anything. My friends are seeing the results I am having, and they just want to know how to get started…that’s it. It’s very simple.
I guarantee you that if you just focus on getting YOURSELF into the best shape of your life, your friends will soon begin to notice. If you sign up to be an Independent Beachbody Coach, you can plug them right into the system (that they already know works) and begin getting paid to work out….how cool is that??

Q: How much does it cost to become an Independent Beachbody Coach?
A: There is an initial $39.95 fee and then a monthly charge of $14.95 for your back office. The back office is a website that Beachbody provides for you that keeps track of your sales, team sales, customers, commissions, as well as some training, sales tools, and much more.
Q: How much time do I have to dedicate in order to be a coach?
A: The amount of time you spend is completely up to you! When I first began, I was spending around an hour a day learning the ins and outs of the business. Now, I spend anywhere from 2-4 hours a day. I’m sure this will increase down the road.
Q: What is the Showcase Package?
A: For just $199, you can purchase a collection of Beachbody workout programs that normally costs over $400! The programs included are Turbo Jam, Power 90, Slim in 6, Yoga Booty Ballet, Hip Hop Abs, and P90X. You will also receive a set of B-Lines Resistance Bands and a YBB Squishy Ball. (As a note of comparison: the retail price of P90X is $119.85 plus S&H, and for just $80 more, you can have 5 more programs!)
Q: Do I have to have a great transformation to be a coach?
A: No! You have to have a passion for helping others and the desire to succeed. The earlier you start, the better. But, as your own transformation begins to happen, though, people will begin to notice, and I’m sure they will ask you what you are doing just like my friends did with me. Then you can plug them into the system and show them exactly what you are doing to get in fantastic shape.
Q: What if I’m not very knowledgeable about fitness?
A: You don’t have to be a fitness expert to be a coach. I wasn’t when I first started. Now, I’m constantly on the look out for new information on how to improve my health and fitness. I’m trying to learn as much as I can about how muscles grow and the best ways to burn fat. I’m learning new things almost every day. The best time to start is NOW!
Q: Will I get the proper training?
A: Beachbody has an excellent training program called the Game Plan which you will need to understand when you sign up to be an Independent Beachbody coach. As your sponsor, I will be in constant contact with you and provide you with all the tools necessary to become successful in this business like I have.
Q: Is the Coaching Opportunity open to anyone outside the US?
A: Currently, the Coaching Business is NOT available to anyone outside the US. However, Beachbody is in the process of opening up the opportunity to other countries, such as Canada.
